00:00:01: Hi, I am Thomas.

00:00:02: My name is Lars!

00:00:03: And we are the plant manager at Scholven.

00:00:06: So welcome to Scholven Alright.

00:00:14: so what's a typical day in Scholven look like?

00:00:18: Normally you start with your morning meeting and our whole team.

00:00:21: We discuss whats happened during last hours or night The last days

00:00:26: Yeah...so we discussed common topics and say okay where do want take this Where they wanna go with that one.

00:00:31: So normally thats also on Wednesday.

00:00:33: How do you

00:00:34: share the job time-wise?

00:00:36: We are both working on sixty percent.

00:00:39: So Monday to Wednesday, your working days and Wednesday till Friday I'm here.

00:00:45: but regarding content it's also quite important.

00:00:48: At the beginning we discussed should we share all of our topics.

00:00:51: during that time It was clear that normally ninety per cent of the topic...

00:00:57: ...we

00:00:57: shared

00:00:58: And off course we have our strengths.

00:01:02: If you want to speak with one of us, just come on that day.

00:01:11: For me people only... People in the Ruhr area are special.

00:01:16: I like your asking questions and you have to live it with an answer And we will be honest.

00:01:20: How long has been sharing

00:01:22: a job?

00:01:23: Two-and-a-half years now

00:01:24: Two and half years ago In former times in Dattel in power plant.

00:01:28: Last year in Scholben.

00:01:29: five years ago The idea was only to have Scholmen run place with thirty or forty people.

00:01:35: We had this moment where we said, okay who's in the lead then?

00:01:38: And...we didn't find an answer!

00:01:40: We both wanted to stay and we liked our job..and then came up with this idea.

00:01:44: Looking back at all of that time what would you say is your biggest success?

00:01:50: Maybe it was a cultural journey.

00:01:52: You know there were hearts black here.

00:01:54: they lived for these plants And now we want hydrogen, clean, renewable and sustainable.

00:02:00: It's not only the things you're doing but also how to do it.

00:02:04: We work really close with hundred percent trust on a daily basis... ...we still can laugh together have lots of fun.

00:02:11: I think Thomas is far more structured than i am In his thinking and in the way of working.

00:02:19: I'm very, very structured... ...and Lars is very creative as many new ideas every time – new ideas!

00:02:25: But bringing

00:02:26: this together….

00:02:26: …is for me

00:02:27: really enriching.

00:02:30: Kauer's a special world from the Ruhr area.

00:02:33: This are all the rooms where you change to closets.

00:02:35: Where can wash you?

00:02:36: The

00:02:37: password was wild-and-black kauer And we're the future so it could be green.

00:02:45: For the future?

00:02:46: or shoulder?

00:02:47: No major incidents And that stuff goes home easy and safe.

00:02:54: Absolutely!

00:02:55: On another side, structured development not reducing customers increasing customers.
